T&T is upcoming real estate brand focusing on reforming the current real estate market with innovation and transparency.







Brand Promise

We started off with the core idea of homes being the safe havens for their owners- filled with safety, love, warmth and comfort; a place where they can be themselves.
Making a promise to the customers to turn ‘apartments into homes,’ T&T would deliver to them an ‘uncompromised living experience,’ not just a house made of brick and mortar.







Brand Objective


Our objective with T&T was to create the brand’s identity as a new-age, innovative pioneer in the real estate domain.
The single-minded proposition for this identity would be to reform the housing sector with a promise for deliverance, transparency, innovation and good work ethics.
The brand identity would have to shape up in a way that is relevant, modern, inventive and one that speaks volumes of trust and values.

A symbol of prosperity and faith which is drawn outside homes on auspicious days.





Logo and Rationale


To create maximum recall right from the get-go, we decided to fuse the basic element of a house (the roof with slopes) that we all doodle as kids and buy as adults; with the star of Lakshmi- A symbol of prosperity and faith which is drawn outside homes on auspicious days.





Brand Positioning


Keeping in mind T&T’s approach that included innovation and quality-focused output and good work ethics and transparency between clients, customers, associates and employees, we placed six values at the core of the company that define its identity.
With Innovation, Commitment, Quality, Transparency, Trust and Integrity at its Heart, T&T would be built on the strongest elements of all-values.
In continuation of this thought, we concurred the positioning as ‘Built on values.’
